Access to electricity within 20’ of the trailer location
Easy access for the trailer and our vehicle

Inclusions

2 staff members for 2 hours of service
Each additional hour: $350
Additional service staff for large groups: $125 per staff member
Disposable tableware included: plates, utensils, and napkins

Terms & Conditions

A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 2 days before the event date.
Payment must be made by credit card through our online payment system.

Please note that we receive a very high volume of inquiries each week, but only a small portion of them are confirmed. As a result, multiple quotes may be sent out for the same date without any confirmed booking.

To manage our schedule effectively and provide fair opportunities to all clients, we reserve the right to cancel a quote that has not been secured by a deposit if another booking is confirmed for that date.

The deposit is therefore essential to secure your date; without it, we cannot guarantee availability.

A 3-week notice is required to be eligible for a refund. In the event of a cancellation, an administrative fee equal to 50% of the deposit will be charged. After this period, the 50% deposit becomes non-refundable.

Additional Fees

Montréal region: $250 travel fee (within a 50 km radius of 55 Rue Louvain O., Montréal, QC)
North Shore region: $250 travel fee (within a 50 km radius of 3080 Av. des Grandes Tourelles, Boisbriand)
Québec City region: $250 travel fee (within a 50 km radius of 120 Boulevard René-Lévesque Ouest, Québec, QC)

Add $3 / km (round trip) for any event located more than 50 km from the reference points above

A 15% gratuity applies to catering fees
