When making a reservation, please be aware that a 50% deposit is necessary, with the remaining payment due on the day of the event. We accept payment via credit card, check, cash, or Interac transfer.
Refunds require a minimum 3-week notice. In case of cancellation, a 50% administration fee will be deducted from the deposit. For cancellations made with less than 3 weeks' notice, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Two employees are provided for a two-hour service duration. For each additional hour, there is a charge of $350. For larger groups, an extra service employee can be added for $125.
A flat area of 20' x 20' is required for the trailer. Electrical access should be available within a 20' radius of the trailer site. The site should offer easy access for both the trailer and our vehicle.
In the Montreal area, there is a $350 travel expense fee applicable within a 50 km radius from 55 Rue Louvain O, Montreal QC. Similarly, for the Eastern Townships region, a $350 travel expense fee applies within a 50 km radius from 3200 Rue King O, Sherbrooke, QC. For events located more than 50 km away, there is an additional charge of $3 per kilometer (round trip).
An 18% gratuity is added to the catering costs.
