• Show in the video the full preparation of a Margherita pizza
  
  

Upload your video to your branch’s Google Drive.

1. Create a folder named PIZZAFEST 2025 under the Human Resources tab.
   
   
2. Add your video to this folder.
   
   
3. Share the folder link with Marilie by email (mmcmahon@no900.com).

About the PizzaFest Challenge

The PizzaFest Challenge is the only professional competition among pizzaioli in the Montreal area. There are over 60 participants and more than $23,000 in cash prizes to be won.

How to Participate in the PizzaFest Challenge

Pizza Requirements:
All pizzaioli must cook two (2) Margherita pizzas and one (1) specialty creation pizza. You must bring your own tomato sauce, dough, and special ingredients. All cheeses will be provided on site by Saputo Food Services.

The Competition:
A panel of industry-renowned judges will provide constructive feedback on your pizzas, based on appearance, taste, and cooking.

The Winners:
The winners will be announced at the end of the competition during our awards ceremony on October 22, 2025, at the Grand Quai of the Port of Montreal.
