Ingredients1 jarRe Fiascone whole tomatoes 4 TBSPOlive oil 2Garlic cloves Organic basil+spaghetti+salt |
PreparationStep 1Heat olive oil in a saucepan; add garlic and brown for 2-3 minutes.Step 2Remove garlic and add tomatoes.Step 3Season with salt.Step 4Add fresh basil.Step 5Bring water to a boil, add salt and cook pasta until al dente.Step 6Add cooked pasta in the pot of sauce. Stir well to finish cooking.Step 7Serve by adding a small quantity of sauce on pasta. Top with Parmesan cheese, a drizzle of Peranzana oil and fresh basil leaves. |
