Our Executive Chef, Mirko D’Agata, made history at the world’s most prestigious pizza competition.

After winning the world title in the Napoletana STG category in 2025, he went on to claim 1st place in Pan Pizza this year. And he didn’t stop there. Competing against the winners of the top categories, Mirko earned the ultimate title: World Champion Pizza Maker — the best pizzaiolo in the world, ahead of nearly 750 participants.

A Team Shining on the World Stage

Beyond Mirko’s individual victory, the entire NO.900 team stood out. Several of the group’s pizzaioli delivered outstanding performances, showcasing the strength of the collective and the high level of talent developed within the organization.

A Historic Quebec Delegation

Groupe NO.900 sent a large delegation of pizzaioli, bringing together seasoned veterans and emerging talents to proudly represent both the group and Quebec on the international stage.

This achievement adds to their 42nd place ranking at the end of 2025 in the 50 Top World Artisan Pizza Chains, the equivalent of the Michelin Guide for artisan pizza chains.
