NO.900: 42nd Best Pizzeria Chain in the World

We’re proud to announce that we’ve ranked 42nd on the 50Top World Artisan Pizza Chains list — the pizza world’s equivalent of the Michelin Guide.

It’s a special honour to be the only Canadian chain to appear on this prestigious ranking for two consecutive years, among nearly 3,000 chains evaluated worldwide.

“Being the only Canadian chain invited two years in a row is huge. And we don’t submit any applications — they’re the ones who discover us, visit us, and evaluate us. It’s a powerful validation of our work,” says Alexandre Brunet, President and Co-Founder.

Just like the Michelin Guide, this ranking is based on anonymous visits from culinary experts who evaluate product quality, technical mastery, and the overall guest experience to determine the best artisan pizzerias in the world.

A year crowned with success

2025 has been a standout year. In March, our Executive Chef Mirko D’Agata became the world champion in the Neapolitan pizza category at the International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas — a first for a pizzaiolo based in Québec.

This victory, combined with our Top 50 ranking, confirms one thing: our obsession with quality and craftsmanship is paying off. And most importantly, that we’re moving in the right direction.
