Dirty vermut soda

Ingredients

For 1 glass

  • 1.5 oz dry vermouth, Martini
  • 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur, Rosemont
  • 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 tbsp. of olive brine sea bass, Nocellara del Belice
  • Sparkling water

Trim

  • 1 Nocellara del Belice olive


Steps

  • Pour all ingredients into a glass filled with ice cubes, except the sparkling water.
  • Pour in the sparkling water, then mix with the spoon.
  • Garnish with the olive.
