Dirty vermut soda
By Rose Simard of 1 or 2 cocktails for Pizzeria NO.900
Ingredients
For 1 glass
- 1.5 oz dry vermouth, Martini
- 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur, Rosemont
- 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 1 tbsp. of olive brine sea bass, Nocellara del Belice
- Sparkling water
Trim
- 1 Nocellara del Belice olive
Steps
- Pour all ingredients into a glass filled with ice cubes, except the sparkling water.
- Pour in the sparkling water, then mix with the spoon.
- Garnish with the olive.
