In the last months our executive chef Mirko D'Agatha and Collectif Brassicole Ensemble have been working on the creation of the second beer No.900. This autumn flavored blond beer is the perfect marriage between Quebec and Italy.
After the great success of Batch NO.001, a grisette with yuzu lemon and organic basil, Mirko has created an autumn beer that fits perfectly with our new menu. After several months of hard work, he came up with the ideal blend of two magnificent cultures. This 6.7% alcohol beer is made with pumpkin seeds and maple syrup to recall Quebec flavors, rosemary brings the Italian touch to this delicious alcoholic drink.
