Our pizzaioli at the Caputo Cup
The Caputo Cup is an annual pizza world competition presented by Antimo Caputo flour, the one that is an integral part of our winning dough recipe. The competition this year included four divisions, including that of Neapolitan pizza .
Our pizzaioli , always eager for new challenges and eager to give a taste of NO.900 to other enthusiasts, traveled to Atlantic City for the occasion.
Our team has once again made the marinara NO.900 shine among our neighbors and comes home with second place in the “ Neapolitan pizza ” category.
